How do I book a resting space, wellness session, or culinary experience on HURU?

To book an experience, simply click here, create your account set your desired dates and browse through the possibilities. When you find something you love, click or tap the "add to cart" button and follow the prompts to confirm your reservation.

What if I need to cancel my booking?

Our cancellation policy can be found in the terms and conditions. Typically, cancellations more than 30 days prior can be fully refunded while cancellations within 30 days experience partial or no refund. Feel free to reach out to hello@huru.space with any questions.

Are there any membership or subscription fees to use HURU?

HURU is free to join! There are no membership or subscription fees. You only pay for the experiences you book.

Can HURU curate a retreat for me if I prefer not to use the app?

Absolutely! If you'd rather have someone curate your rest retreat experience for you and don't want to use the app, our team is more than happy to assist. Simply email us at hello@huru.space, and we'll create a personalized rest retreat experience tailored to your preferences.

Can I communicate with hosts, wellness practitioners, or chefs before booking?

HURU encourages open communication. Feel free to send a message to our HURU Concierge to ask questions, discuss preferences, or clarify any details before you book.
